Between the two of us, we have swum with sharks, rays and whales, have been struck at by a green mamba, have been trailed by a troop of hungry baboons, and nearly have been trampled by a stampede of wild horses!  We have also dined at some of the best restaurants, have visited some of the most romantic and beautiful places on the planet, and have equally enjoyed budget and upscale travel.

Emilia grew up in Italy and eventually moved to New Jersey, receiving a B.A. in French and a B.S. in Economics from Monmouth University and a J.D. from Rutgers University.  By the age of 21, Emilia had circled the globe twice.  She has lived in Italy, France, England, Thailand and Singapore and can speak fluent Italian and French.  Her Spanish is not too bad either, but it's been a while since she practiced her Thai.  She is currently practicing corporate law at a firm in London                                           

Chris graduated from the University of Georgia with a B.A. in Anthropology and received his M.B.A. from the University of Westminster in London.  Chris has trekked across much of southern Africa, living out of his backpack for months and worked as a volunteer educator in rural Mozambique.  Back in the U.S., Chris taught elementary aged children with behavioral and emotional problems, toured North America performing in small clubs as a musician and recorded three albums in Los Angeles.  He has lived in Georgia, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, deep in the bush of Mozambique and in an urbane garden square in London.  Chris is an entrepreneur and author.
